They reached out before asking for the SDS to the biodegradable glitters but they weren't informed back then that the some of the glitters marked as "eco friendly" in their catalog werent actually eco friendly. The good thing to come out of this is Slayfire reached out to their supplier a second time after the rising concern about the biodegradability of their glitters and were able to find out the truth. Lemonhead hides her skeletons and has harassed Slayfire for 3 years (literally attacking them when they had under 10k followers) with mostly slander and lies. Slayfire shows actual proof and takes accountability. The other day on tiktok lemonhead commented on some girls post saying theyve had "no racist history" whatsoever and then got proved wrong with comments giving instance after instance of the thing's she's done.
Lemonhead on the other doesn't seem to be as transparent as she tries to make it seem. Slayfire has been completely transparent in this whole situation and updated everything immediately after getting those emails. And it always comes from her brand page which looks worse. I just replied to a thread with a lot of things Lemonhead has done that's just overall shitty. She claimed she never supported trump and the hat was just for a photo, then claimed she voted for one candidate, then claimed she voted for the other (same election mind you). She admitted to black face claiming to be "blind to color" and then never improved bc she hid the apology video and claimed YESTERDAY that she has no racist history whatsoever but the comments were nothing but instance after instance of blatant racism. Megan is a jealous racist with loads of evidence of the crap she's said and done to people of color and several small and big businesses. They have their differences and there's a clear formulation difference after testing both products making them nothing alike. If you look at ingredients for the same kind of item there's going to be similarities and thats what I found, similarities not a copy. She didn't invent glitter gel and their websites are nothing alike. They were also claiming the entire website and idea was stolen which is total bs. The ingredients list that they keep saying is copied and pasted isnt even the same. The filters were taken down immediately and Slayfire said they used those for SEO ranking tags and removed them all. and overall slander) and then LH tried to spin the narrative at the buttcrack of dawn before Slayfire posted their statement that morning calling her a fraud and liar telling everyone to sue them. Slayfire also shared the grossness of Lemonhead (sharing photos of a minor, calling her a psychopath, narcassist etc. They gave refunds, showed conversations between them and the supplier, and immediately updated any and all info to be transparent included any SDS info about the glitter. Slayfire took accountability for being LIED TO and green washed by a manufacturer who they no longer work with. She shared a photo of Slayfire's owner as a 16 year old in cosplay with purple face paint from her business account to slayfire's followers saying she did black face. Actually harass with video and video and livestreams, a 2 hour video, instagram highlight calling her a scammer that's STILL up (talk about petty), legal threats, sending her own following (which is way larger than the brands she bullies). Slayfire defended herself from brand who's known to harass indie brands. They'll bully someone on their brand page and then the next day make an anti bully post (documented). They go after anyone who makes glitter gels. Like they still try to pass them off as "sort of kind of eco friendly in the big picture" even though its straight up plastic.
Lemonhead had an article claiming "yes but no" about their own glitters being biodegradable which made no sense.
